The prize, endowed with 1,000 euros, recognises outstanding theses from all departments at TU Darmstadt that deal with issues of scientific-technical peace and conflict research and, where appropriate, take into account aspects of the social sciences and humanities. Topics may include dual use ambivalences, sustainable development, international conflicts, vulnerability and resilience or critical raw materials.
