Scholarship for More Equal Opportunities

The Technical University of Darmstadt is once again awarding the STIBET I scholarship for more equal opportunities. This scholarship, which is funded by the DAAD, aims to support international students who face financial difficulties and special challenges during their studies.
The STIBET I Scholarship is designed to assist international students who are dealing with various special circumstances. These challenges may be caused by one or more of the following circumstances:
- First-generation students
- Refugee background
- Disability and/or chronic illness
- Gender identity
- Care responsibilities
The scholarship provides financial support in the form of six monthly payments of EUR 500 each, totaling EUR 3,000. Applications are now open, with a deadline of March, 10 2025. Successful applicants will begin receiving their scholarship on April 1, 2025.
