The UniSportZentrum (university sports centre), located 50m away from the guest house, offers numerous possibilities for leisure activities. For students, employees of the TU Darmstadt and their children up to the age of 6 entrance is free of charge. A children's playground and a wading pool are also found there

For quickly picking up a few things or a pre-packaged snack, there is an Aral petrol station right next to the Merck stadium (150 m away). Two tram stops away at the stop Rossdörfer Platz there is a small supermarket (Nahkauf, Roßdörfer Str. 11).
About 10 minutes away by tram you will reach the city centre, where you will find an abundance of shops, cafes, restaurants and other services.
