Achieving your goals and mastering your challenges (June 7th+14th, 2024)

241_ZM1401

Whether at work, in sport or in our private lives, if we want to develop, we have to challenge ourselves. However, in a world that is changing at an unprecedented speed, everyday life presents us with constant challenges. It is becoming increasingly important not to let demands on ourselves become a threat and stress become a constant companion. For this, it helps to know where you want to go and what you want to achieve. In this workshop, participants learn how to keep control.

Using the participants' individual goals and challenges as examples, the topics of goal setting, stress and time management, personal strengths and dealing with obstacles will be addressed. Cognitive, theoretical methods are combined with mental training methods, such as those used in competitive sports. The aim is for participants to develop strategies to face current and future challenges with focus and motivation.

Goal: The participants have…

  • reflected on their goals in different areas of life
  • formulated and mentally visualized their individual goals
  • planned the first steps on the way to achieving their goals
  • reflected on their own strengths and resources
  • discovered a concentrated state that enables them to fully exploit their own potential
  • learned about methods of time and stress management and prioritization and applied them

Contents:

  • Dealing with challenges and stress
  • The power of concentration and the connection between inner and outer attitude
  • Mental techniques for motivation and empowerment
  • Psychological insights into goals and mindset
  • Transferring the content to your own life
