The Hessian Equal Rights Act serves as the basis for the work of the equal opportunities officers in Hessen and aims to realise equal opportunities and eliminate the under-representation of women.

Prof.’in Dr. Ulrike Lembke, legal scholar and constitutional judge, will give a lecture from a constitutional and feminist perspective. In a subsequent panel discussion, the Central Gender Equality Officer Dr.’in Uta Zybell, will discuss feminist achievements and social counter-movements with lecturer Ulrike Lembke and journalist Dr.’in Susanne Kaiser.
