For 1 serving:
- 50g oatmeal
- 1 mashed banana (just mash with a fork) ??
- 1/2 – 1 teaspoon sugar-free baking cocoa
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter
- 300 ml milk or water (we recommend oat and chocolate milk)
- hazelnuts or almonds ground a little
- Optional: a little cinnamon, sunflower seeds, pine nuts, flax seeds, desiccated coconut, etc.
