Profile
Nationality:
German
Study programme:
M. Sc. Architecture
Prior education:
B.Sc. Architektur
Why I study at TU Darmstadt:
On the one hand, the architecture specialisation has a very good international reputation. On the other hand, I am very satisfied with the professors and the teaching methods. It's a very balanced mix of practice and theory.
The highlights are all the parties and get-togethers in our studios and “Kuhlen”.
What I like about Darmstadt:
It's great that Darmstadt is a city with a lot of students. Especially in parks or in the “Wellnitz”, you constantly bump into familiar and new faces.
In any case, you can also find me in the “Biergarten” on the Lichtwiese campus, as well as in the outdoor and indoor “Kuhle” of the architecture building (we sell the best coffee and cake).
Fun fact about myself:
My parents say that I'm a great singer, but the karaoke audience usually sees it differently.
What makes me happy:
No hangover on Sundays.
What I would tell my younger self:
Be diligent, be patient, stay focussed and enjoy the time. It is possibly the best phase of life, full of opportunities to grow and expand your horizons.
My favourite motto is:
“Less is more!” (except for coffee on ice with oat milk, hazelnut syrup and half a spoonful of sugar)
