Strategies for Mental Strength and Emotional Balance – Sign up for the Digital Workshop

Well-being – mentally, emotionally and physically – comes naturally in a relaxed environment. However, in the context of our studies and daily lives, stress can manifest itself more easily and more intensely, especially during challenging moments. Whether it's exam anxiety at university or managing multiple complex demands in everyday life, prolonged exposure to stress can potentially jeopardise our health in the long term.

This workshop focuses on improving mental resilience and emotional equilibrium, which are essential for effectively managing stressful or time-sensitive situations. Participants will learn practical techniques to maintain focus during challenging tasks, enabling them to cope effectively with stress. These techniques are evidence-based or rigorously field-tested.

At the end of the event participants will have:

  • Gain a basic understanding of the physiological responses to stress and learn strategies to mitigate its effects.
  • Acquire a range of tools and techniques for managing stress and time pressures in both personal and professional contexts.
  • Explore effective approaches to improving mental stability
  • Practice mindfulness techniques, including breathing exercises, visualisation and meditation, to improve focus and emotional balance.

No special requirements needed.
