When the Counter, Hotline, and ISS Are Available for You

At the International Student Services, we help you settle in Germany and support you during your studies at TU Darmstadt. We have several contact options for various questions.
If you have general questions or just want to know who to turn to, you can visit us at the International Counter or call our hotline.
International Counter (in-person at karo 5 and online)
- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 10 – 12 pm (CET)
Telephone Hotline for International Students
- Monday & Thursday: 10 am – 1 pm (CET)
If your case is more complicated and you need individual advice, you can visit us during our ISS consultation hours. We offer online consultations, or you can visit us in person at Bleichstrasse 2.
ISS Consultation Hours
- Online: Monday 3 – 4 pm (CET)
- In Bleichstrasse 2: Tuesday 10 am – 12 pm (CET)
