ISS Mobile Counter Arrives at Lichtwiese Campus

This Summer Semester, the International Student Services (ISS) Team is directly supporting you with the launch of the ISS Mobile Counter at the Lichtwiese Campus. Available most Wednesdays, this new service aims to assist international students with their non-academic needs right where they study. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to get help and guidance closer to home!
The International Student Services (ISS) Team is here to assist you with all your non-academic inquiries through various channels. We understand the challenges of moving to a new country and studying in a non-native language, and we are committed to supporting our students every step of the way.
The ISS International Counter has been a fixture at the Stadtmitte Campus, located in the well-known karo 5 building, for several years. At this information point, we help international students with general questions about their stay and life in Germany, guide you through important steps, and connect you with the right contacts. Students can also speak with the International Admission Team at the Counter at karo 5 and collect their Student ID Card (Semester Ticket) if they receive an e-mail notification.
This semester, we are excited to introduce our ISS Mobile Counter at the Lichtwiese Campus. You can find us there on most Wednesdays during the lecture period this summer term 2024. This initiative will serve as a pilot phase for the Mobile Counter at the Lichtwiese, aiming to better support students during their studies at the TU Darmstadt.

The ISS Mobile Counter will be available on Wednesdays from 10:00 to 12:00 h at the HMZ building on Lichtwiese Campus: L4|02 Foyer, Franziska-Braun-Strasse 10, 64287 Darmstadt.
