Travel recommendation - how to get to TU Darmstadt
From Frankfurt Airport, there is a direct bus service, the “Airliner,” that travels to the congress center “Darmstadtium,” located next to our main building (passengers arriving at Terminal 2 should take a shuttle bus to Terminal 1 first, where they can board the Airliner to Darmstadt). The destination stop is directly in front of the congress centre and across from the castle. Tickets can be purchased from the driver, and payment by card is accepted. A single ticket costs 9.60 EUR. If you prefer to use a taxi for your ride from the airport to Darmstadt, there is a taxi service which offers fixed prices (52,50 EUR) if you book at least two days in advance.
