What are System Messages?

The dispatch of messages via TUCaN is designed to disseminate important information about courses and departmental announcements. Through these messages, students can receive news such as date changes, cancellation of courses, information on teaching materials, begin and ending of deadlines, etc. Furthermore, announcements such as system updates or changes in TUCaN are sent this way.

In order to ensure that you receive these messages consistently, we recommend that you have them forwarded them to your university e-mail address (see tutorial) Even if you have activated forwarding, you should still regularly check your messages in the portal.
