Accepted: Your examination plan is accepted. You can register for the examinations in the elective and compulsory elective courses in accordance with your examination plan.

Open: Your examination plan is not yet complete. You cannot yet register for examinations in the elective and compulsory-elective courses.

Sent: Your examination plan has been sent to the Office for Student Affairs. It will be accepted when you have printed out the complete examination plan, signed it and handed it in to the Office for Student Affairs. It must be signed both by yourself and also by the person who has approved the plan, for example your mentor or the chairperson of the Examinations Commission.

Rejected: Your examination plan has been rejected. Please refer to the responsible person in your subject faculty in order to draw up a valid examination plan. This can be your mentor or the chairperson of the Examination Commission, depending on the department.
