Entitlement to oral supplementary examination after examination regulations (PO) change
Is there a renewed entitlement to an oral supplementary examination after a change of examination regulations (PO)?
Since a change of examination regulations is not a change of degree programme, the student only has the opportunity to take an oral supplementary examination once despite the change of examination regulations. If they have already taken this in the old examination regulations, they are not entitled to a new one due to the change of examination regulations. This applies in general, even if the subject is no longer included in the new examination regulations.
according to the APB (Section 32 para. 1, 4th amendment), applies: Section 32 Supplementary oral examination (1) Upon application, an oral supplementary examination may be taken once per degree programme in a failed second written repeat examination…..
