Access to TUCaN is usually available around the clock from Monday to Sunday.

However, supervised operation is only provided on weekdays Monday to Thursday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm and Friday 7:30 am to 2:30 pm during normal working hours.

Tuesdays from 6 to 9 a.m. is maintenance time. During this time, TUCaN may temporarily not be available.
