Preference scale
What is the direction of the scale?
Preference 1 means “This exercise is my favorite”.
Preference 2 stands for second choice.
Preference 3 is for third choice, and so on.
If you don't care which group they come in, just mark all groups with No Preference.
Exclude means “I definitely do not want to attend this appointment.”
