Surveys with children

Survey methods are well established for adult populations. Also juveniles can easily be approach using survey methods. When it comes to elementary school students or children in day care/kindergarten standard survey questions may have to be adapted. Participants are expected to review the literature on surveys among young children (age 5 thru 8). Based on the literature review participants are expected to develop a questionnaire aiming at young children. If time permits, the questionnaire will be administered in a small scale pilot study. Results from the pilot shall be used to improve the questionnaire.
