Philosophie
Description
The Master of Arts in Philosophy programme is designed to both deepen and broaden the specialised knowledge and skills acquired during the Bachelor degree programme and to provide research opportunities in a specific area of the student’s choosing. Research specialties in the Philosophy Department of TU Darmstadt comprise Philosophy of Science, Social Philosophy, and Technical and Cultural Philosophy.

| Language | German. Individual lectures/seminars can be offered in English. Please be aware that scientific literature is be read and edited also in English or other foreign languages. |
| Start of studies | Winter semester, summer semester |
| Internship | Career-oriented full-time internship lasting a minimum of six weeks. It must be completed at the latest upon registration for the Master’s examination and may be accredited as part of course requirements (see semester course schedule). |
| Admission requirements |
1. A degree J.B.A. Philosophie of TU Darmstadt (reference programme) or an equivalent degree 2. Passed Entrance requirements verification in accordance with the Competences description |
