Clean Circles team presents results at political science conference

Prof. Michèle Knodt, Prof. Kai Schulze, Dr Friedrich Plank and Mile Misic presented the latest Clean Circles results at the DVPW thematic group meeting “Energiepolitik in Zeiten des Krieges”. Their presentation focused on the case of Germany and a multidimensional approach to assess and compare green energy import options.

From 6 to 8 December 2022, the international Winter School Energy Science and Engineering will take place in Darmstadt. Under the title “Sustainable and Resilient Energy for Europe?”, 12 experts will present their views on scientific and technical aspects of the production and use of carbon-free and sustainable storage systems as well as socio-economic aspects. Participants will gain a unique insight into current challenges and solutions in an energy landscape that is changing daily.

Talk event on current research trends with reference to the region

At this year's TEDxTUDarmstadt, Andreas Dreizler presented the idea of iron as an energy source in a circular economy. The event at the European Space Operations Centre (ESOC) featured speakers on space, mental health and renewable energy.

Clean Circles team organizes panel at UACES 2022 Conference in Lille

Clean Circles members organise panel and present cooperative research at ECPR conference 2022 in Innsbruck

Michèle Knodt, Friedrich Plank and Johannes Muntschick presented Clean Circles' cooperative research as part of their presentation “The discursive practices on hydrogen in the European Union” at the ECPR 2022 conference in Innsbruck. The three Clean Circles members also organised the panel “Hydrogen and the transition to climate neutrality”.
