Die Bedeutung chemischer Energiespeicher für die Energiewende
2023/12/08

Acatech panel discussion on chemical energy carriers
2023/11/28
With Prof. 28 November 2023 with Christian Hasse, Prof. Katharina Kohse-Höinghaus and Prof. Maximilian Fleischer
What role do chemical energy storage systems play in the energy transition? Hydrogen is currently the focus of attention. Relatively new to the discussion is iron as energy carrier. On 28 November 2023, the “acatech am Dienstag” series of events will be dedicated to the topic of chemical storage options. Technological maturity, efficiency, aspects of transport and import will be discussed against the background of international energy partnerships. Panelists are Prof. Christian Hasse (Clean Circles), Prof. Katharina Kohse-Höinghaus (University of Bielefeld) and Prof. Maximilian Fleischer (Siemens Energy).
